The TKO pilot program is an early-stage initiative designed to test and develop solutions for selling kits and bundles on Shopify. Participation is voluntary and provided free of charge.
Participants may grant Felo5 temporary access to their Shopify store for configuration and testing. This access can be revoked at any time, and all changes are reversible upon request.
All software, concepts, and configurations developed during the pilot remain the property of Felo5. Participants retain ownership of their store, products, and data.
We treat all participant information as confidential and use it only for the purpose of developing and improving TKO.
The pilot is provided “as is” without any guarantees. Felo5 is not responsible for any data loss, downtime, or damages that may result from participation.
By joining the pilot, you agree that Felo5 and its representatives will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.
You may withdraw from the pilot at any time. We may also end participation at our discretion if necessary to protect data integrity or project direction.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
